Client Services Outside service representatives manage existing and prospective client relationships; define each business opportunity and ensure its satisfactory completion; and develop new business by proactively aligning clients' business goals and plans with our products and services. As appropriate, they engage our technology advisors in the process of establishing links with clients' infrastructures to automate procurement, production and delivery. Inside service representatives manage the execution of client projects, including the workflows between clients and Ambit Press production operations. Technology advisors meet with clients to understand their needs and, in collaboration with clients and inside service representatives; they design and implement infrastructures that increase procurement, production and distribution efficiencies. Production Production managers, pre-press specialists, digital/offset press operators, bindery and delivery personnel use state-of-the-art tools and processes to provide products and services that meet client specifications. We use digital, Web-based processes and tools to integrate and manage our shop floor operations, including tools for flexible, efficient scheduling and logistics. Our first-rate production facilities feature digital printing and digitally enabled offset printing; direct-to-plate technology; and an automated bindery. Our software and pre-press workflow tools support such services as variable-information printing and database management. Administration Business managers and administrative support specialists run all facets of the business, including accounts receivable, credit, human resources and payroll operations.
